Dear Jeff Hope you had a nice weekend and keeping well.
We certainly had a fab weekend in spain with Brian. From the minute Brian collected us on Thursday evening we got on great. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area which we looked at and was more than helpful to us both.
He is a pure asset to the company and a true gentleman. He showed both courtesy and professionalism during our trip.
Organising the Solicitor & potential rent agency also were of great help. I will certainly be recommending both Brian and Global Estates to friends and family that are interested in buying property in the spain area .I would be most grateful if you could forward this onto the head person in Spain.
Thank you also Jeff for your help over the last few weeks. We did purchase in the end and are in the process of sending payment over. We are ecstatic with excitement .I will speak to you soon hopefully!!

Hi Mark, Guess what Stewart and I have bought the most fantastic two bedroom two bathroom apartment with solarium in dream hills phase 11.It wont be ready till january 2007 but the solicitor thinks it will probably be available late 2006.We had the most fantastic time over there.We had the best rep.her name is Gerri Nolan she left no stone unturned to answer all our questions she is a credit to the company.Not only did she do the business showing us property she also gave us all the gen on the whole area.We have never been treated so well we will be eternally grateful. Brian was extremely helpful and made an anxious time most enjoyable and Brian went that extra mile to the point of getting us an apartment to rent whilst waiting for our new home to be completed. He even rang us Sunday night to check we had got home safely. I would not hesitate to recommend" "Brian especially to anyone thinking of going out to spain, Plus the Lo cripin site and that area Qusada Guadamara is very beautiful , probably the nicest area of spain I have visited. We cannot wait to get there"

Hi Leigh, sorry I haven't been in touch since we've been back. Just to say thanks for all your help and sorry about the mix up with the apartment money in spain, my fault for not reading my e-mails properly! Just to let you know that the apartment was pretty naff and do not recommend to anyone else, we should have listened to you about the hotel, it looked really good, but that's life! I would just like to say that our time in Spain was very worth while, and although we decided we could not afford to buy outright (we would have needed a mortgage which we did not want to do) the advice and tours we had from Lee were excellent, we could not have wished for a better guide to buying and expert knowledge regarding the area and local knowledge, he is a very good ambassador for Global. We have recommended our friends Denise and Paul to you as they are also looking for a property either in Spain or Portugal.
Jimmy and I are still thinking about things, but I think it will now be in a few years time when we retire that we will be in better position regarding buying a property or even renting.
